Management and Monitoring

Our management service includes management of the capabilities systems.  This management provides responsive, day-to-day, administration of the system that includes software testing and updates.  This will ensure that the capabilities solution is reliable, available, efficient, and successfully performs for critical operations.

Our monitoring service monitors alarms so that problems can be proactively identified and addressed before the client is aware of the issue.  Our service includes equipment/software monitoring, event detection, fault detection, and subsequent notification.  As issues arise, we will open trouble tickets and begin troubleshooting and fault correction, notifying IT personnel of any performance issues or risks
